AMMI Canada, CACMID and Unconventional Planning are the ONLY official housing agents for the annual conference. No other housing company, travel agent or third party agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of the AMMI Canada – CACMID Annual Conference.

Event Description
Register the representatives from your organization who will be staffing your booth during the conference by MONDAY, MARCH 12.

 

Name badges are required by all participants to access the exhibit hall. Exhibitors must be pre-registered and will receive a name badge on-site. Registered exhibitors are invited to attend events in the exhibit hall. Each booth space includes registration for two exhibitors and some sponsorship levels also include additional. Extra booth representatives in addition to your allocation may be registered at $100 each.

Accommodations
Attendees are responsible for their own hotel accommodations. A limited number of rooms have been set aside for our group at The Westin Ottawa and our group rates will be available until February 19, 2019, or until our group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

 

For hotel accommodations at The Westin Ottawa, exhibitors are required to reserve their rooms by February 19, 2019.

If a room block of five (5) or more rooms is needed, the reservations must be booked through the AMMI Canada – CACMID Annual Conference secretariat. Please send all room block information by email to meetings@ammi.ca in the form of a spreadsheet, with the following information: guest names, arrival and departure dates, any special notes, and a valid credit card number to hold the reservations (note: credit card will not be charged unless room block is cancelled after February 19, 2019).

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION: Exhibitors who wish to attend the full conference and scientific sessions must be registered online for the conference – click here. Discounted rates are available until February 19, 2019.

 

TRAVEL DISCOUNTS: The AMMI Canada – CACMID Annual Conference Secretariat has secured special discounts for travel to and from Ottawa for the conference with Air Canada, Porter Airlines, WestJet, and Via Rail.

 

To take advantage of travel discount offers, you will need the booking instructions provided in your exhibitor registration confirmation email. If you are registered, but you are unable to locate this communication, please contact meetings@ammi.ca.

 

EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY: Your participation includes a brief profile of your organization (maximum 25 words per booth space) along with contact information in the exhibitor directory section of the conference final program guide. Cancellation &
Refund Policy
Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing and will result in a refund based upon the following schedule: cancellations submitted 120 days before the beginning of the event will receive a full refund less a $200 administrative fee; cancellations submitted 119 to 60 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the total exhibitor commitment; no refunds will be provided within 60 days of the event.

 

The AMMI Canada – CACMID Annual Conference Secretariat reserves the right to resell/reassign exhibit space upon receipt of written cancellation. Applications not fully paid by the event start date are subject to cancellation and/or reassignment at the conference secretariat’s discretion, without refund and with liability for the balance remaining due.
